Traveling to more than 47 countries, she has spent two decades engaging in hands-on global philanthropy, all while studying human connection and resilience. Melanie offers a wide variety of face to face and virtual keynote speaking and group workshops focused on workplace resilience, human centered leadership and generational differences in the workplace. Deeply devoted to rigor and research, her nonprofit think tank, InPursuit Research, turns disciplined inquiry into practical, evidence-based strategies leaders can actually use.
