Jamie Klingman

Board Chair, Entrepreneur

Jamie Klingman is the Broker/Owner of three real estate brokerages. Boutique Realty Florida is a full-service residential and commercial firm, specializing in making real estate as accessible as possible utilizing technology such as MatterPort and DotLoop. Real Leads is a referral firm for agents who want to collect referral commissions without having to join local boards or MLS. QuickList Real Estate is a flat-fee, high tech firm. The Klingman Group is an intermediary firm serving companies between 500k and 5 million in buying and selling. 

She was recognized for her commitments and efforts by being named a Lightning Community Hero (2014), Small Business of the Year Leader of the Year Finalist for the Greater Tampa Chamber (2019), Network for Executive Women Business Woman of the Year (2014), Up and Comer under 30 (2010), and the Ann Simmons Service Award (2011). In her spare time, Jamie enjoys playing the piano, cycling, and boating. She has a wonderful husband and two honorary (step) daughters as well as four four-legged children.

Jon Dengler

Founder, Well Built City

Jon Dengler, CEO of WellBuilt Bikes and Founder of The Well tells his story of trauma and an unexpected awakening that changed the course of his life forever. Through his nonprofit, social enterprise and many other community outreach projects and partnerships, Jon is changing the fate of hundreds in the Tampa region. 

Mariagrazia Indenbosch

Mariagrazia Indenbosch, Founder of Humanity Del Sol and Humanity Wine Co. chats with us about her story of meaning. After having her heart won over by a group of orphans, Maria made it her life’s work to change lives. Today she continues to work through her nonprofit and social enterprise to do just that.

Devin Lunt

PhD, NonProfit & Business Marketing

Dr. Devin Lunt is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Tampa. Dr. Lunt brings nearly a decade of management experience in various non-profit organizations working to improve the lives of children.

His research focuses on customer decision-making, specifically those decision making processes that lead to suboptimal or biased decisions. Though most of his research takes place in the nonprofit domain and focuses on appeals for help, he also works in the areas of branding and advertising. His primary research interests surround nonprofits and their specific challenges.

Lana Schneidt

MA, LMHC, CAP
Mental Health & Addictions Specialist

Lana Schneidt is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Addictions Professional and a proud Solopreneur founding her own private mental health counseling practice in 2015. Miss Schneidt has over 15 years of experience working with diverse populations encompassing a variety of clinical settings such as residential treatment, intensive outpatient, and community based settings.

Throughout her career Lana has sought intensive trainings in a number of evidence-based treatment approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD and mindfulness and acceptance-based strategies. She holds a Florida certification and addictions treatment and is a state of Florida approved qualified supervisor for mental health counseling interns seeking licensure. Lovingly coined by her colleagues as “the queen of clinical consultation,” she has held a senior leadership role on a long-standing clinical consultation team assisting colleagues driven to maintain and sharpen clinical and professional skills.

 

Randy Collins

MS, CKM
Military & Data Intelligence Specialist

Mr. Collins served in the United States Army for over 20 years. His service includes multiple combat tours to Somalia, Iraq and Afghanistan over the span of his career.

Mr. Collins currently serves as a Senior Operations expert for Research Innovations Incorporated assigned to the United States Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command in Colorado Springs, Colorado. His task is integrating a Command and Control (C2) system into the military headquarters. After retiring from the Army in 2011, Mr. Collins joined Polaris Alpha and worked as a software functional manager for nearly a decade. Mr. Collins served in and out of the Middle East, Europe and Asia with Polaris Alpha in a variety of leadership and business development roles aligned with commercial businesses and government agencies; including the United States Special Operations Command – Central, the United States Central Command, the FBI, and the DIA.
