Ruben currently serves as the Capacity Development Advisor for ADRA International. Where his focus is on the growth and the leadership development of ADRA’s global staff. As a certified Emotional Intelligence coach, (EQi) through coaching and trainings, his focus has been on developing a framework for everyone to embrace the importance of emotional intelligence and its foundation to become a great leader. Ruben has trained staff in different parts of the US as well as in Asia and Europe. His hope is that emotional intelligence becomes the common thread that connects all leaders.
