Brenda Boyd currently serves as senior academic director, program services, for the international quality assurance non-profit organization Quality Matters. She leads the professional development team, oversees the quality assurance and K-12 departments, and is responsible for the regular updating of the higher education Quality Matters rubrics. Her background includes experience in both community college and university settings. Brenda has devoted her career to supporting faculty and institutions to move to quality digital teaching and learning.
